Join me as I try to post interesting topics that will include meal prepping, cooking, equipment, why I do what I do and any topics that I hear that you want to read my thoughts on. Some examples are: Why I don't use aluminum pots and pans to make meals, why I do meal prep, why I don't freeze the meals I make, my thoughts on nutrition and how it is taught today, and nutritional supplements. My life is an open book and Performance Food Prep is as transparent as it can be. If you ask me a question, I will answer it to the best of my ability or find an answer for you if I don't know.
